So bad experiences. So racist. My wife came to the klinik because coughing. She enter the klinik and met the registration staff. The staff so so rude. She said that my wife need to do RTK test (mandatory) or else my wife cannot have treatment there. Where else RTK is not mandotory. And we choose not to do RTK because not claimable. We have arguement with the staff until doctor came out and also treat us like shit. The doctor shouting and said that they afraid we have covid. WTF! How can u simple assume people have covid and treat badly? Is it profesional?
